We promise you these are the best tasting biscotti you ever had!
Debbie’s baking philosophy is simple; she bakes every batch of biscotti, torta
and cake as if she were baking for her family. She uses only quality
ingredients, the freshest eggs, both pure and natural flavorings, and
fine chocolate and fresh nuts. There is no mass production machinery
used, every biscotti is hand kneaded and sliced, one batch at a time. To
assure their freshness, baking is done Tuesday, Wednesday, and
Thursday of each week.
