The Evans family has organically raised, pasture-fed Jersey cows, whose high fat and protein milk is used to produce yogurt. What distinguishes their yogurt and milk from many other brands is that they are non-homogenized. A fine layer of rich cream sits atop each cup of yogurt and each bottle of milk.
