If you are ever dissatisfied with any item you purchased, we will gladly credit your next order or refund the item price. Your satisfaction is always our highest priority.

Each farmer and producer is solely responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase are delivered to Mypersonalfarmers.com in time for your scheduled delivery.

Each farmer is also responsible for the quality of products delivered to Mypersonalfarmers.com, for you. Each farmer has complied with federal, state, and local requirements including licenses and permits.

Expectations should be realistic – keeping in mind that food grown locally without pesticides may not appear “perfect” and as clean as they do in the supermarket. Likewise, farmers that earn trust by providing products of exceptional quality will retain the loyalty of their neighbors.

MPF appreciates the return of the following items (in clean condition) for the purpose of re-using in a future order.

1. Large and/or shopping bag sized silver freezer bags

2. All sizes of freezer cold packs

3. Cardboard delivery boxes.
