Beth's Farm Kitchen

Beth’s Farm Kitchen opened shop over 25 years ago. It all still happens in a 1850’s farmhouse in Columbia County in New York State. They purchase all of their fruit locally or regionally. All fruits are cut and jars filled by hand.

Beth also has created a large selection of delicious chutneys. Beth explains that the chutneys came into existence because her need to teach people. Chutney seemed interesting and what a great use of fruit and spices. She has created many blends including her popular, Blazing Tomato Chutney, Hot Plum Chutney, Rhubarb Chutney—Medium and Ragin’, and Golden Pear Chutney.

Renowned food critic, David Rosengarten raved about Beth's jams and chutneys in his November 2004 newsletter. About the Strawberry Rhubarb Jam, he said, "I don't think I flagged a strawberry jam (before) that was more strawberry intense than this one." He went on to comment about the Hot Plum Chutney, "It’s a chutney for gastronomic grown-ups."

We offer all the top sellers from Beth's Farm Kitchen.
