Pika's is a family business with a Belgian soul. Pika and Luc Roels want to help people bring back those good old days of delicious kitchen aromas and cozy meals. Based in the heart of the Catskill Mountain region, Pika's created their business at the dinner table. At potluck dinners they introduced their friends to Pika’s grandmother’s quiches and the rest is history! Pika's has a robust product line that includes quiches, vegetable tarts, old fashioned summer and winter soups, tapenade, salsa, bruschetta...and other foods that "we both lovingly remember savoring in the kitchens of our grandmothers." They are present at many of Westchester’s farmers market. All their foods are homemade from scratch, using only fresh and if the season allows, local ingredients. They use no preservatives. Their ingredients are top quality eggs from free range chicken, butter instead of hydrogenated oils, and low salt content.
